血必净对重症急性盆腔炎患者炎性介质的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察血必净注射液对重症急性盆腔炎患者炎性介质的影响。方法:24例重症急性盆腔炎患者随机分为常规治疗组(12例,对照组)和血必净注射液加常规治疗组(12例,血必净组)。对两组患者治疗前后的血中前列环素(PGI2)、血栓素A2(TXA2)肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、白介素1、6、8(IL-1、6、8),C-反应蛋白(CRP)、补体C3、C4等进行自身比较及组间对照比较。结果:治疗后血必净组中PGI2、PGI2/TXA2、C3、C4较对照组有一定程度的升高,而TXA2、TNFα、IL-1、6、8,CRP水平降低(P【0.05)。结论:血必净注射液结合常规西医治疗能有效抑制重症急性盆腔炎炎性介质释放,对治疗重症急性盆腔炎有积极作用。Objective:To observe effects of Xuebijing injection on inflammatory mediators of patients with severe acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Twenty four cases with severe acute pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups and 12 cases were treated with conventional therapy and 12 cases were treated with conventional therapy combined with Xuebijing injection.The plasma levels of prostaglandin 12(PGI2), thromboxane A2(TXA2),tumor necrosis factor a(TNFα),interleukin-1,6,8(IL-1,6,8), C-reactive protein(CRP), alexine C3 and C4 were compared before and after treatment in each group and between two groups.Results Xuebijing injection had marked effects on modulating the levels of inflammatory mediators.The levers of PGI2 PGI2/TXA2,C3 and C4 elevated significantly after Xuebijing injection treatment, and the levers of TXA2,TNFα,IL-1,6,8 and CRP lowered(P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that Xuebijing injection combined with conventional western medicine therapy could inhibit release of inflammatory mediators of patients with severe acute pelvic inflammatory disease.
