摘　　要：目的:探讨利用心理护理干预能否减轻青光眼手术患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪。方法:将80例需行手术的青光眼患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,干预组在眼科常规护理基础上实施心理护理干预,对照组按青光眼常规护理,采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者进行效果评价。结果:出院时,干预组患者的焦虑和抑郁水平明显低于对照组,两组比较,有统计学意义(P【0.01)。结论:心理护理干预能有效减轻青光眼手术患者的焦虑抑郁心理,提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the usage of psychologi-cal care intervention in patients with glaucoma surgery on the impact of anxiety.Methods:Divide 80 patients with glaucoma into the intervention group(40case) and control group(40case) randomly.Based on the conventional care ,the intervention group are cared psychologically and the control group are not.Two groups are evaluated with Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and selfrating depression scale(SDS).Results:The intervention group of patients with anxiety and depression were significantly lower than the control group ,There is a statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The psychological care interventions can effectively reduce psychological anxiety and depression of glaucoma surgery patients and can improve the compliance with medical ,security operation can be carried out smoothly.
