格拉司琼联合胃复安及地塞米松治疗含顺铂方案所致恶心、呕吐的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察格拉司琼加胃复安及地塞米松治疗含顺铂方案所致恶心、呕吐的疗效及毒副作用。方法:采用随机对照法,将接受化疗病人随机分为二组。对照组给予格拉司琼单药治疗,治疗组给予格拉司琼加胃复安及地塞米松。结果:118例病人入组该研究,格拉司琼加胃复安及地塞米松对含顺铂方案所致恶心、呕吐的有效控制率高于格拉司琼单药组(P【0.05)。结论:格拉司琼加胃复安及地塞米松可有效抑制含顺铂方案的恶心、呕吐。为含铂方案的首选止吐治疗方案。Objective:To prospectively evaluate the efficiancy and toxicity of Granisetron combined with Metoclopramide and Dexamethasone to nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy regimens including Cisplatin.methods:Patients receiving chemotherapy containing cisplatin were randonmised into two arms given single Granisetron(arm A)and Granisetron combined with Metoclopramide and Dexamethasone(arm B).Results:A total of 118 patients treated with cisplatin based chemotherapy regiments were enrolled into this study, and the efficiancy of the arm B was supeior than A (91% vs 60%,P<0.05).conclusion:Granisetron combined with Metoclopramide and Dexamethasone was proved to Be efficient in antiemesis on nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy regimens including Cisplatin,and was available to improve the tolerance of cisplatin based chemotherapy.
