摘　　要：目的:研究马来酸桂哌齐特对冠心病患者甲襞微循环的影响。方法:将15位冠心病患者在相同基础治疗基础上分为对照组(7人、未用马来酸桂哌齐特)和治疗组(8人、马来酸桂哌齐特240 mg/d),10 d一疗程,前后观察甲襞微循环状态的变化。结果:对照组和治疗组治疗前甲襞微循环状态均无差别,1疗程后,均有明显改善,而治疗组更进一步改善了微循环状态。结论:小样本研究初步证实了马来酸桂哌齐特对微循环有改善作用。Objective: To study the maleate cinepazide Nailfold of patients with coronary artery disease microcirculation.Methods: In 15 patients with coronary heart disease treatment based on the same basis as divided into control group(7 people,not by maleate cinepazide) and treatment group(8 people,maleate cinepazide 240 mg/d),10 days a course of treatment,before and after the observation of the state of nailfold microcirculation changes.Results: The control group and treatment group pre-treat-ment state of nailfold microcirculation were no difference after 1 treatment,there is a marked improvement,while the treatment group further improved the microcirculation.Conclusion: The preliminary study confirmed that a small sample of the maleate cinepazide improvement on the role of microcirculation.
