静脉甘氨酸-谷氨酰胺双肽对肠内营养老龄病人腹泻发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察静脉补充甘氨酸-谷氨酰胺双肽对老龄病人肠内营养相关腹泻的治疗效果。方法:将2007年6月～2008年6月间于老年科病房EN治疗的75岁以上伴发腹泻的病人随机分入A组和B组各8人,治疗前后对比Hart腹泻评分、血白蛋白、前白蛋白、假性磷酸酯酶。结果:2组病人组间年龄、APACHEⅡ评分、治疗各生化指标均差异无统计学意义。常规治疗以及联用谷胺酰胺治疗后2组腹泻评分均显著降低,且联用谷胺酰胺组Hart评分低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年EN合并腹泻病人加用静脉丙氨酰-谷胺酰胺有助于减轻腹泻程度,效果优于常规治疗方法。Objective:To observe the supplementary intravenous glycine-L-glutamine dipeptide on the aging patients with diarrhea related to enteral nutrition therapy.Methods:June 2007-July 2008 in the treatment of the elderly wards EN over the age of 75 patients associated with diarrhea were randomly divided into A group and B group of the eight,the treatment of diarrhea before and after contrast Hart score,serum albumin,pre-albumin,pseudo-phosphatase.Results:The 2 groups of patients between the age group,APACHE II score,treatment,and biochemical indicators of the difference was not statistically significant.Combined with conventional treatment and Gln 2 diarrhea after treatment score were significantly lower,and in conjunction with Hart Gln group score lower than the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The merger of diarrhea in elderly patients with EN plus intravenous C-Ala-Gln extent help to alleviate the diarrhea,the effect is superior to conventional treatment.
