和血明目片治疗高血压 视网膜病变所致眼底出血136例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察和血明目片治疗高血压性视网膜病变所致的视网膜出血的临床疗效。方法:136例高血压性视网膜病变的患者(共256只眼),视网膜上有片状出血,随机分为治疗组68例(62只眼),对照组68例(66只眼),在原用降压药不变的基础上,治疗组应用和血明目片治疗,对照组服用VC、芦丁治疗,4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组视网膜出血吸收明显,有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:和血明目片治疗高血压性视网膜出血疗效显著。Objective:To observe the treatment hexuem-ingmupian hypertensive retinopathy retinal hemorrhage due to clinical efficacy.Methods:136 cases of hypertension in patients with retinopathy(a total of 256 eyes),there is patchy retinal hemorrhage,the treatment group were randomly divided into 68 cases(62 eyes),68 cases of the control group(66 eyes),in the original drop constant pressure medicine on the basis of the application of the treatment group hexuemingmupian film treatment,the control group was given VC,rutin treatment,four weeks for a course of treatment.Results:The apparent absorption of retinal hemorrhage,and efficient than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:the treatment and blood hypertension Mingmu retinal hemorrhage significantly.
