摘　　要：目的:探讨脑动脉瘤介入治疗的护理方法。方法:对我院60例脑动脉瘤患者行脑动脉瘤介入治疗,并实施相应的护理措施。结果:手术均在气管插管全身麻醉下进行,均顺利完成,治疗后GCS13～15分48例,GCS9～12分8例,3～8分4例,住院时间为7～15d,术中出血1例,无死亡病例。术后半年随访无再出血。结论:脑动脉瘤介入治疗后,除给予一般护理外,还应重视术前评估,充分的准备,心理护理,密切观病情变化,进一步加强护理操作规范,才能确保治疗的良好效果。Objective:Explore interventional treatment cerebral aneurysms nursing method.Methods:60 cases of cerebral aneurysms patients were treatment by cerebral aneurysms in our hospital.Results:Surgery in the tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, are successfully completed, 48 cases patients GCS were 13～15 after treatment,8 cases patients GCS were 9～12, 4 cases patients GCS were3～8,length of stay in hospital is 7～15 d,1 cases patients was bleeding in surgery, no deaths follow-up after six months without rebleeding.Conclusion:After interventional treatment,in addition to general nursing, also should be given attention pre-operative assessment,fully prepared,psychological care,a close view of changes in condition, further strengthen nursing practice, in order to ensure good treatment results.
