摘　　要：目的:阐述新生儿肺炎(NP)的X线影像学表现,明确临床诊断。方法:分析新生儿常规摄片的X线影像表现。结果:X线影像表现多样性,主要表现为肺纹理增多增密肺野透光度略降低或局限性增强,局限性小片状或小斑片状模糊影,沿支气管分布的小斑片状模糊影。结论:新生儿脏器娇嫩,且处于发育完善阶段,X线检查、诊断要密切结合临床症状和体征一次准确完成,尽可能减少接触有害辐射。Objective:Elaborated new born pneumonia(neonatal pneumonia condenses NP)X-ray phantom study performance,is clear about the clinical diagnosis.Methods:Analyzes the new born convention to absrb the piece X-ray phantom performance.Results:X-ray phantom performance multip licity,the main performance increases by the lung tezture increases densely,The lung wild penetrability reduces,or the lim itation slightly strengthens,limited small lam inated shape or small spot lam inated shape fuzzy shade;Small spotlam inated shape fuzzy shade distributes which along the bronchial tube.Conclusion:The new born physique internal organs tender and delicate also are at the grow thconsummation stage,X inspection,diagnosis must unify the clinical symptom and the symptom closely one time completes accurately,reduces the contact harmful radiation as far as possible.
