摘　　要：目的:分析超声诊断胆囊内结石的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院124例胆囊内结石超声诊断分型以及各型的声像特征情况。结果:孤立性胆囊结石最多,占58.9%;其它依次为多发性结石25.8%;充满型结石8.1%;泥沙样结石7.25%。合并胆囊炎39.5%。结论:超声对胆囊结石的诊断特异性和敏感性都很高,能发现并检测结石的大小、数量以及胆囊的炎症程度等。Objective:Analysis of ultrasound diagnosis of gallbladder stones clinical value of.Methods:Our hospital were retrospectively analyzed 124 cases of gallbladder stones in ultrasound diagnostic typing as well as the type of audio-visual features of the situation.Results:Most isolated gallbladder stones,accounting for 58.9%;other followed multiple stones 25.8%;full of stones 8.1%;sand-like stones 7.25%.With cholecystitis combined for 39.5%.Conclusion:Ultrasound diagnosis of gallbladder stones have a high specificity and sensitivity of ultrasound examination can sensitive to the gallbladder stones,and detect the size of the stone,quantity and the degree of gallbladder inflammation.
