摘　　要：目的:探讨艾滋病合并深部真菌感染的治疗方法以及预后分析。方法:选择我院2005年11月-2009年12月以来收治的艾滋病合并深部真菌感染患者28例,分别进行HAART治疗和抗真菌药物的治疗,观察治疗后的患者情况。结果:21例进行高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)治疗的患者中,病死2例,病死率为9.52%,未用HAART治疗者7例,6例死亡,死亡率为85.71%;28例患者均使用了抗真菌治疗,且治疗7～14 d后,部分临床症状消失,大小便、痰及血培养复查真菌均阴性。6例患者因并发其他感染,发生多器官功能衰竭而死亡。结论:HAART疗法治疗艾滋病患者,极显著的减少了患者的死亡率,治疗效果较好。Objective:To explore the deep fungal infection in AIDS treatment and prognosis analysis.Methods:The hospital in November 2004-2008 12 months admitted to the AIDS patients with deep fungal infection in 28 cases,respectively HAART therapy and anti-fungal drug treatment were observed after treatment of the patient's condition.Results:21 cases to highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART)-treated patients,2 patients died,mortality was 9.52%,did not use HAART treatment in 7 cases,6 cases of death,mortality rate was 85.71%;28 cases of patients had used anti-fungal treatment,and 7~14 d after treatment,some clinical symptoms disappeared,urine,sputum and blood cultures were negative for fungal review.6 patients complicated with other infections occurred multiple organ failure and death.Conclusion:HAART treatment of AIDS patients,very significant reduction in mortality of patients,treatment effect is good.
