摘 要:为研究和掌握机械密封端面的摩擦特性,理论上分析了其摩擦特性参数,通过摩擦磨损实验得到了这些参数的变化规律,并建立了磨损率的时间相关模型。研究表明:工作在70℃、N32液压油下、转速为3 000r/min、端面比载荷为0.558 44~1.675 32 MPa的机械密封处于混合摩擦状态;摩擦特性参数具有载荷相关性和时间相关性;摩擦力矩及摩擦系数随载荷增大而增大,随时间增加而减小;磨损率随载荷增大而增大,随时间呈指数下降趋势,实验条件下密封端面的预测寿命为191.5~464.8d。该研究有利于拓展机械密封摩擦机理的研究途径,为机械密封寿命预测提供一定思路。To study and master the friction characteristics of mechanical seal interface,the friction characteristic parameters were analyzed theoretically,the variation rules of them were obtained and the time-dependent model of wear rate was established through the friction and wear tests.Results show that the mechanical seals in the hydraulic oil N32 at 70 degree under the end load between 0.558 44 MPa-1.675 32 MPa are in the states of mixed friction;the friction characteristic parameters are load-dependent and time-dependent;the friction torque and friction coefficient increase with load and decrease with time;the wear rate adds with load while declines exponentially with time and tends to stability at last.Under the experimental conditions,the predicted lifetime of seal interface is 191.5-464.8 days.This research will expand the channels to study the friction mechanism of mechanical seal and provide certain ideas for the prediction of lifetime of mechanical seal.
