摘 要:设计了适用于本科实验教学的"热电偶温度计的设计制作综合实验"。通过学习使用具有温度测量功能的万用表测量温度、饱和食盐水法制作热电偶、基于LabVIEW的热电偶温度控制3个梯度分明的实验,使学生全面掌握热电偶的基本工作原理和制作方法。该实验的教学应用层次分明、循序渐进,从感观认识到动手制作,再到数据采集分析,进而实现温度控制,有效激发了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生严谨的科研作风,提高了学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。This paper designs the comprehensive design and production of thermocouple thermometer synthetical experiment,which is applied to the undergraduate experimental teaching.By learning the three gradient experiments of how to use the multimeter with functions of temperature measurement to measure the temperature,how to use the saturated salt water to produce thermocouple,and how to realize the temperature control of thermocouple on the base of LabVIEW, the students can fully grasp the basic principle and production method of the thermocouple.The experiment’s teaching application is well arranged and advances gradually in due order,from cognition by sense to operation by hands,and then to data collection and analysis in order to achieve the control of temperature, effectively stimulates the students ’ interest in learning, develops the students ’ rigorous scientific attitude and improves students ’ abilities of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems.
