摘  要:目的:对比常规3D-FISP,MTS及TONE三种序列MRA的效果。材料与方法:对10例受检者分别使用三种方法进行MRA成像,以相同标准评价其图像背景均匀度,血管与背景间的对比度,脑动脉末梢分支清晰度等方面。结果:在图像背景均匀度方面,TONE法与常规3D-FISP法相近,而MTS法因脂肪等组织很少被抑制而呈不均匀背景。在血管与背景间的对比度方面,MTS法与TONE法均优于常规3D-FISP法。在脑动脉末梢分支清晰度方面,TONE法优于常规3D-FISP法,而MTS法又优于TONE法。结论:MTS法与TONE法均能有效地改善MRA对细小动脉的显示能力,尤以MTS法明显,但因其成像时间较长及背景信号不均匀等缺点,在多数情况下,以使用TONE法较理想。Purpose: To select the optimal project used for cerebral artery MRA. Materials and methods: MRA effects of three kinds of sequences(standard 3D - FISP、MTS、TONE methods) have been compared in 10 cases. Results: The background of all TONE images was as uniform as standard 3D - FISP MRA images, but in the MTS images it was not satisfactory because fat was less suppressed than brain. Both the contrast between brain and arteries and the visibility of distal arterial branches was improved obviously in all MTS cases but mildly in TONE cases compared with standard 3D -FISP methods. Conclusion: Both the MTS and TONE methods all can improve the visibility of distal cerebral arterial branches, especially the former. The main defects of the MTS method were its backgound signal to be insufficient uniform and to need longer examination time. In most cases, to use TONE method is more satisfactory.
