摘　　要：目的:探讨直立式尿路造影片在静脉肾盂造影术(itravenous pyelography,IVP)中的实用价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析了1995年2月至1996年8月期间对经IVP检查的9例患者加照的直立式尿路影片。结果:直立式尿路造影片能清楚地显示仰卧位尿路片未能显示清楚的肾盂和输尿管,并且发现了3例罕见病例。结论:在IVP中如发现肾盏肥大、肾盂及输尿管中、上段扩张而未发现其远端阳性结石征象时,摄取直立式尿路造影片是非常必要的。Purpose: To study the value of upright urography in intravenous pyelography (IVP) . Materials and Methods: From Febr 1995 to Aug. 1996, 9 cases of upright urography X-ray films in IVP, which was performed in our hospital, were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Upright urography clearly showed the stenoses of renal pelvis and ureters that don’t be found in supine urography, and found three cases of rare diseases. Conclusion: When renal calices enlarged and upper - middle segment of ureter dilated in IVP but no stone signs in distal end of ureters were found, taking upright urography is very neccessary for accurately identifing the diseases in renal pelvis and/or ureter.
