摘　　要：目的:探索B超诊断肾肿瘤的准确率。材料和方法:45例肾肿瘤患者,男28例,女17例,年龄1～70岁。采用日立EVB-25型及ALQKA-280型适时B超诊断仪。比较B超及病理所见。结果:B超诊断与病理所见的符合率为95.56％。结论:B超诊断肾肿瘤准确率高,无痛苦,价格低,是区别肾占位性病变性质良恶的首选方法。Purpose: To understand the accuracy of B - model ultrasonography in the diagnosis of renal tumor. Materials and Methods: Forty - five patients with renal tumor (28 men. 17 women; aged 1 - 70 years) underwent B - model ultrasonic examinations. The instrument used in this study was Japanese HITACH type -EVB 25 and ALOKA type - 280 real time B - model ultrasonograpy. The findings of ultrasonic examination in all patients were compared with that of postoperative pathology. Results: The corresponding rate between B - model ultrasonic examinations and postoperative pathologic diagnoses in all patients was 95. 33% Conclusion: The accuracy of B - model ultrasound in the diagnosis of renal tumor was higher, without pain, the cost also was lower, therefore, it should be taken as a first selected method for differentiating malignant and benign mass lesions of kideny.
