睾丸疾病的超声诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声对睾丸疾病的诊断价值。材料和方法:睾丸疾病患者39例,年龄9-81岁。采用美国超霸显像仪,7.5MHz高频探头进行检查。结果:确诊急性睾丸炎24例,睾丸血肿9例,睾为肿瘤6例。发现急性睾丸炎症和睾丸血肿根据声像特征,结合病史,不难诊断;睾丸肿瘤声像图虽形态名异,但与其对侧睾丸组织对比有助于正确作出判断。结论:高频超声对睾丸病变可提供诊断与鉴别诊断的依据。Purpose: To explore the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasonography in diseases of testis. Materials and Methods : thirty nine patients with diseases of testis, whose age ranged between 9 and 80 years, underwent the ultrasonic examinations in which American ultrasonic videograph with probe of 7. 5 MHz high frequency was used. Results: Twenty - four cases of acute testitis, nine cases of hematoma of testis , and six cases of tumor of testis were found in this study. Based on the features of ultrasonic imaging and history of the disease, differential diagnosis between inflammation, hematoma and tumor originated from testis does not difficult. Conclusions: Ultrasonography with high frequency can prodvid reliable evidence for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diseases of testis.
