喉癌的CT诊断(附22例分析)

摘　　要：目的:探讨喉癌的CT表现及其临床意义。材料和方法:22例喉癌患者,男性18例,女性4例,全部采用GE8800 CT扫描。结果:确诊声门上癌13例(59.09％),声门癌4例(18.1％),跨声门癌5例(22.7％)。未见声门下癌。结论:CT全面地显示了肿瘤侵犯的部位、形态、大小,肿瘤向周围扩展的程度以及有无软组织及淋巴结的侵犯等。尤其对喉癌的早期诊断更有意义,能有效地指导临床治疗方案的选择。Purpose: To explore CT findings of laryngocarcinoma and their clinical significances. Materials and Methods: Twenty-two patients(18 men, 4 women) with laryngocarcinoma underwent conventional CT scan by GE 8800 CT scanner. Results: 13 cases (59. 09% )of upper - glottic carcinoma, 4 cases (18. 1% )of glottic carcinoma, and 5 cases(22. 7% )of ultra - glottic carcioma were accurately diagnosed in all patients. Conclusions: CT scanning of laryngocarcinoma could overall show that the invaded locations, shaps, size of the tumor or its extend degree toward the periphery, with or without the invasions of soft tissue and/or lymphonodus so that CT scan plays important role in the early diagnosis of laryngocarcinoma and can effectly guide the selection of clinical therapeutic programs.
