摘　　要：目的:探索CT对眼眶爆裂骨折的诊断价值。材料和方法:筛选24例眼眶爆裂骨折患者,男18例,女6例。采用GE 8800型CT扫描仪扫描。结果:单眶壁爆裂骨折15例,双眶壁爆裂骨折5例,复合爆裂骨折4例。结论:CT是诊断眼眶爆裂骨折最精确的方法。Purpose: To determine the diagnostic value of CT in the traumatic fracture of orbit. Materials and Methods: Twenty-four patients (18 men, 6 women) with the traumatic fracture of orbit underwent CT scan by GE 8800 CT scanner. Results: With kinds of traumatic fractures, 15 cases of single orbit wall, 5 cases of double orbit wall, and 4 cases of complicated traumatic fractures were found in all patients. Conclusion: CT is the most accurate method to diagnose the traumatic fracture of orbit.
