摘  要:纳米微球具有在油层孔隙中改变注水渗流方向,扩大波及体积的特点。粒径分析显示微球粒径为纳米级,水化膨胀倍数为100~150;岩心模拟驱替试验表明,纳米微球注入性能好,单砂管封堵率在80.5%以上;高低渗砂管中,纳米微球优先进入并封堵高渗管,改变双管非均质性,启动低渗管内的原油,提高整体采收率可达20%以上。河南油田开展了王32、柴9井2个井组的微球深部调驱现场试验,井组内对应油井显示增油降水效果明显,阶段增油1 551.4 t,降水12 535.6 m3。纳米微球深部调驱技术为非均质油藏提高采收率提供了技术保障。The nanosphere is characterized by changing injected water penetrating direction in formation porous and improving the water flood sweep efficiency.Particle sizes analysis show that nanospheres diameter are nanometer grade,and swelling times is nearly up to 100~150 after absorbing water;The simulation displacement experiment in man-made cores show that nanospheres are easy injection and single sand tube plugging rate is over 80.5%.With high and low permeability sand tube,nanospheres priority access to and block the hypertonic pipe,and then change the heterogeneity of double-barreled,finally,crude oil in hypotonic tube is started,in which the oil recovery reach over 20%.Field experiment of in-depth profile control were made on two well groups of W32 and C9 in He'nan oilfield,and the corresponding oil wells in well group showed obvious increase of oil production and the decrease of water-cut with cumulative oil increment of 1 551.4 t and water cut decrease of 12 535.6 m3.The successful application of nanosphere deep profile control and displacement technology provides technical support to improve oil recovery for the heterogeneous reservoirs.
