中医药在支气管哮喘急性发作期作用随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过观察和分析中医药治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的效果,从而探讨一种较为理想的治疗方案。[方法]选取108例支气管哮喘患者,且将其按照随机数字表法分为常规西医治疗组(对照组)和中医药治疗组(治疗组),每组54例。对照组采用基础治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用中药汤剂对症治疗。观测中医证候评分,咳嗽消失时间,气喘消失时间,哮鸣音消失时间,平均住院时间。治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率达96.30%,对照组总有效率达81.48%,治疗照组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组中医证候评分改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者临床症状消失时间较对照组明显缩短,且平均住院时间也较对照组缩短。[结论]中医药治疗支气管哮喘效果显著,具有独特的治疗优势,值得临床推广应用。[Objective] Through the observation and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma effect,so as to explore an ideal treatment plan.[Methods] 108 cases of bronchial asthma were selected and placed in randomly divided into routine western medicine therapy group(control group) and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(treatment group),54 cases in each group.The control group adopted the treatment,the treatment group in the control group treated with Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Observation of TCM syndrome scoring,cough disappearance time of disappearance time,asthma,wheezing rale disappearance time,average time of hospitalization.Treatment of two after treatment to determine efficacy of treatment.[Results] The treatment group total effective rate was 96.30%,total effective rate was 81.48% in control group,treatment group is superior to control group in clinical efficacy(P < 0.05);and the treatment group of TCM syndrome scoring better than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the treatment group patients clinical symptoms disappeared time was significantly shorter and the average hospitalization time compared with the control group to reduce.[Conclusion] Bronchial asthma treated by TCM effect is obvious,has a distinct therapeutic advantages,worthy of clinical application.
