保妇康栓治疗妊娠真菌性外阴阴道炎随机对照临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察保妇康栓治疗妊娠真菌性外阴阴道炎的临床疗效。[方法]将76例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组38例。对照组采用米可定治疗;治疗组采用保妇康栓治疗。两组均连续治疗1个星期后判定疗效。[结果]对照组显效12例,有效16例,无效10例,治疗总有效率73.70%;治疗组显效16例,有效19例,无效3例,治疗总有效率92.10%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。[结论]保妇康栓治疗妊娠期合并患有真菌性外阴阴道炎临床效果非常明显。[Objective] Observation of Baofukang suppository in the treatment of fungal vaginitis in pregnancy clinical curative effect.[Methods] 76 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,38 cases in each group.The control group adopted the meters can be used in the treatment group treatment;Baofukang suppository in the treatment of.The two groups were 1 weeks of continuous therapy after curative effect.[Results] The control group 12 cases,effective in 16 cases,10 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of 73.70%;the treatment group 16 cases,effective in 19 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the total effective rate of treatment 92.10%.Clinical effect of treatment group was superior to control group.[Conclusion] Baofukang suppository in the treatment of gestation complicated with fungal vaginitis clinical effect is very obvious.
