摘 要:使用连续共沉淀反应器制备了浆态床FT合成用的Fe Cu K Si催化剂。考察了钾含量、粘合剂的添加以及催化剂还原方法等对催化剂性能的影响。 1L高压搅拌釜的试验结果表明粘合剂添加方法B和低压CO还原条件下的No 9催化剂性能较好。在质量空速为无载体Fe Cu K催化剂 1 5倍的条件下 ,No 9催化剂的合成气转化率 ,C+1 和C+5产物的产率均高于无载体Fe Cu K催化剂 ,甲烷选择性为 3 2 %。特别在富CO合成气条件下C+5的单程产率达到 1 30g m3 (CO +H2 )以上。假设对氢为一级反应动力学的条件下 ,使用表观速率常数对No 9催化剂的反应活性的经时变化作了考察 。Fe Cu K Si catalysts were prepared in a continuous precipitation reactor The influence of content of potassium, addition of binders and reduction atmosphere of catalysts on the reaction performance of catalysts were examined The results of test in an one liter stirred slurry autoclave showed that addition method (B)of a binder and reduction of catalysts under low CO pressure were better for catalysts performance than other conditions examined Syngas conversion, X CO+H 2 , yield of both C + 1 and C + 5 of No 9 catalyst were all higher than that of corresponding unsupported precipitated Fe Cu K catalyst reported in literature under 1 5 folds of WHSV of unsupported precipitated Fe Cu K catalyst Selectivity of CH 4 is 3 2% The yield of C + 5 (once through) was more than 130?g/m 3(CO+H 2) when CO rich syngas was used Variation of the apparent rate constant of No 9 catalyst with time on stream was examined under the assumption of first order reaction rate equation on H 2 partial pressure The results showed that the apparent rate constant could be used for relative comparison of the activities of catalysts tested under different reaction conditions
