摘　　要：建立用HPLC荧光检测法测定丁公藤注射液中东莨菪内酯的含量 ,采用KromasilC18柱 ,以0.5%(φ)醋酸甲醇 -水(体积比1∶2)为流动相 ,流速1.2mL/min,荧光检测器λex=340nm,λem=430nm ;线性范围3×10 -4～15×10 -4g/L,相关系数r=0.9986,加标回收率为102% ,RSD为1.89%(n=6);该法操作简便、准确 ,重复性好 。A method for the determination of scopoletin in Dinggongteng Zhusheye was established by high performance liquid chromatography with a Kromasil C18 column and a fluorescence detector. The mixture of 0.5% acetic acid in methanol-water(1∶2 by volume) was used as a mobile phase with the flow rate at 1.2 mL/min. The eluate was detected at λex=340 nm and λem=430 nm. The calibration curve was linear over the range of concentration from 3×10-4 g/L to 15×10-4 g/L for scopoletin, the mean recovery was 102%(RSD=1.89%, n=6). The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and repeatable.
