摘　　要：学习江泽民同志“5·31”重要讲话中关于社会主义文化建设的论述 ,重点要把握三个方面 ,一是从战略的高度认识文化的地位和作用 ,增强文化意识 ;二是要用“三个代表”要求去统领文化建设 ,坚持社会主义文化的正确方向 ;三是面向未来 ,着眼发展 ,不断推进文化创新 .Grasping the three main ideas is of great importance when studying Comrade Jiang Zemin ,s exposition of socialist culture building in his important'May 31st' Speech.Firstly,we must approach the problems of culture ,s position and function from the strategic point of view and strengthen the sense of culture.Secondly,the culture building must be governed by the requirements of the 'Three Represent ,s',and we must adhere to the orientation of socialist culture.And thirdly,we must face the future and have our eyes on the future development,and constantly promote cultural creativeness.
