摘  要:目的 探讨大鼠严重烧伤后大脑皮质神经元和腓肠肌细胞bcl 2、HSP70蛋白的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测大鼠体表总面积 (TBSA)为 30 %Ⅲ度烧伤后大脑皮质及腓肠肌组织bcl 2、HSP70蛋白的表达及动态变化。结果 严重烧伤后 1- 3hbcl- 2、HSP70在大脑皮质神经元胞浆呈中度阳性表达 ,此后呈阴性 ;而在腓肠肌呈强阳性表达且持续至伤后 12h ,两种蛋白的表达强度及持续时间与细胞的损伤程度密切相关。结论 严重烧伤后bcl 2。Objective To explore the expression of bcl 2 and HSP70 in cerebral cortex neurons and gastrocnemius muscle cells and its significance following severe burnin rats Method The expression and dynamic changes of bcl 2 and HSP70 protein in cerebral cortex and gastrocnemius muscletissues were detectedby immunohistochemicalSP method following third degree burn on 30% of the total bodysurface area (TBSA) Result bcl 2 and HSP70 proteins wereexpressed moderatelyin the cytoplasm of cerebral cortex neurons from the first to third hour,but intensely in the gastrocnemius muscle for 12 hours The intensity and lasting time of bcl 2 and HSP70 expression were relatedclosely with the degree of cellulardamage Conclusion These results suggest that bcl 2 and HSP70 proteins may play animportant role in resisting damage and determining difference of tissue cellular damage following severe burn
