摘　　要：目的　探讨脑红蛋白 (NGB)基因在中枢神经系统中的分布。方法用免疫组织化学ABC法研究了NGB蛋白在成年大鼠脑内的分布和定位。结果NGB蛋白在成年大鼠脑中有非常广泛的表达 ,其分布区域包括大脑皮质、海马、丘脑和下丘脑的部分核团、脑桥及小脑。NGB免疫反应阳性物质定位于神经元的细胞质。结论NGB蛋白在大鼠脑中有非常广泛的表达 。ObjectiveInorder to explore the localization of neuroglobin(NGB) proteins in the central nervous system Method The distribution and localization of NGB proteins in the brains of adult rats was examined by a sensitive immunohistochemical method ResultNGB protein immunoreactive cells were widely distributed throughout the adult rat brain, including cerebral cortex, hippocampus, thalamus, hypothalamus, pons and cerebellum NGB immunoreactive matter was located in the plasm of neurons ConclusionThese data suggested that NGB gene might play an important role in the central nervous system.
