速效治伤胶囊抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：对中药内服剂速效治伤胶囊的抗炎镇痛作用进行了实验研究。结果表明:灌胃给药在不同的时间段能显著地提高小鼠热板法痛阈(P<0.05和<0.01),及非常显著地降低小鼠扭体反应的发生率(P<0.001);腹注给药能显著降低不同时间段大鼠足跖肿胀程度(P<0.05和P<0.01)。提示该药具有良好的镇痛及抗炎作用,且无毒副作用,可资进一步临床试用。Anti-inflammatory and analgetic effects of Suxiao Zhishang Jiaonang (SZJ) (quick-acting injury-treating capsules) orally administered were studied through experiments on mice. The results showed that if it is administered through stomach tube, SZJ can significantly raise the pain threshold in rat hot-plate test at various time spans (P<0.05 and<0.01) and very notably decrease the incidence rate of the body-twisting reaction (P <0.001); if it is taken through abdominal injection, the drug can remarkably inhibit the rat metastarsus edema at different time spans (P<0.05 and<0.01). That suggests that the drug has good anti-inflammatory and analgetic effects but no toxicity, and can be given a further trial in clinical prac- tice.
