摘　　要：邓小平法治文明思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分 ,是对社会主义法治文明思想从理论到实践的总结和升华。法治文明是法治建设与精神文明的结晶 ,法治的文明离不开文明的法治 ,新时期要大力加强民主与法制建设 ,推进依法治国 。As a signinficant component of Deng Xiaoping theory,the thought of civilization of legality is a summary and distillation of socialist civilization based on legal system from theory to practice.Civilization of legality depends on the civilized construction of legal system.In the new period,it is of great necessity to strengthen the construction of democracy and legal system in order to administer the country in accordance with the law and to realize civilization of legality.
