摘  要:目的观察痰咳宁片的镇咳作用,进行初步拆方研究,评价该处方配伍的合理性。方法分痰咳宁片组、无麻组(不含麻黄碱的痰咳宁片)和麻黄碱组3组,比较3组对枸橼酸引咳豚鼠和辣椒素引咳小鼠模型的镇咳作用。结果痰咳宁片组、无麻组、麻黄碱组均能抑制枸橼酸引起的豚鼠咳嗽反射,痰咳宁片组的作用强度是无麻组或麻黄碱组的3.3倍。痰咳宁片组、无麻组能抑制辣椒素引起的小鼠咳嗽反射,痰咳宁片组的作用强度是无麻组的2倍,麻黄碱组无作用。结论痰咳宁片处方中剔除麻黄碱后镇咳作用减弱,表明麻黄碱与处方中的中药成分有协同作用,初步证明了该处方的合理性和可行性。Objective:To observe the antitussive effect of Tankening tablets(TKN) and to assess the rationality of its prescription. Methods:Rats and guinea pigs were allocated to 3 groups: TKN group, ephedrine-free (TKN with ephedrine rejected) group and ephedrine group. The antitussive effect on guinea pigs with cough induced by citric acid and mice with cough induced by capsaicin were compared in three groups. Results:Antitussive effect on guinea pig models induced by citric acid were found in the three groups and the effect in TKN group was about 3.3 times of that in either of the latter two groups. Antitussive effect on mouse models was also found in TKN group and ephedrine-free group and the effect in TKN group was twice of that in ephedrine-free group. Ephedrine had no obvious effect on model mice. Conclusion:The antitussive effect of TKN with ephedrine rejected was weaker than that of TKN, indicating that ephedrine has a synergistic action with the rest herbal medicine of TKN and this prescription is not only reasonable but also practical.
