摘 要:目的研究螺旋藻多糖(PSP)的抗癌作用及对化疗药物的增效和减毒作用。方法建立小鼠移植性实体瘤模型,观察了PSP的抑瘤作用以及PSP与化疗药物配伍时对化疗药物抗癌作用的影响和其对化疗药物引起的白细胞减少的作用。结果PSP可明显抑制S180和H22,抑瘤率分别为50%~58%和43%~51%。PSP与环磷酰胺、顺铂、5-氟尿嘧啶伍用可使化疗药物的抗癌作用增强并能有效提升减少的白细胞。结论PSP可明显抑制肿瘤生长,与化疗药物伍用时有增效、减毒作用。Objective: To evaluate the antitumor effect of polysaccharide from spirulina platensis(PSP), and its synergic and attenuated effects on chemotherapeutic drugs in tumor-bearing mice. Methods: Mouse models of transplanting tumor were established. Antitumor effects of PSP and PSP combined with chemotherapeutic drugs were observed and the effect of PSP on leukopenia induced by chemotherapeutic drugs was also investigated. Results: PSP significantly inhibited S180 and H22, the inhibitory rate being 50 %-58 %and 43 %-51 %respectively. PSP evidently increased the antitumor action of cytoxan, PDD and 5-Fu, and elevated the number of white blood cells in leukopenia. Conclusion: PSP can obviously inhibit the tumor growth, also has synergic and attenuated effects on chemotherapeutic drugs.
