摘 要:为研究清热解毒法对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用 ,3 5只Wistar大鼠均分为 5组 :脑宁康组 (A)、阿斯匹林组 (B)、模型组 (C)、假手术组 (D)和空白组 (E) ,前两组分别以脑宁康 (主药 :野菊花、夏枯草、蚤休、半边莲、大黄、水蛭、陈皮、川芎 )、阿司匹林灌胃 ,后三组以等量生理盐水灌胃。 2 0d后 ,采用颈内动脉栓线法造成大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型。在此基础上比较各组大鼠血TNF含量 ,并观察脑组织形态变化。结果 :C组TNF较D组高 ;A、B组TNF较C组低 ,且A组优于B组。光镜、电镜观察显示 ,D组神经细胞形态正常 ,C组神经细胞损伤显著 ,A、B两组细胞的损伤较C组轻。提示清热解毒法对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用 ,其机制可能与降低血TNF含量有关。In order to study the protective function of the method to clear away heat and dissolve toxins on refilling injury of the local cerebral ischemia,35 Wistar rats were equally divided into five groups:'Brain Health Agent' group(A),aspirin group(B),model group(C),pseudosurgery group(D)and control group(E).The former two groups were fed with 'Brain Health Agent'(main ingredients:Flos Chrysanthemi Indici,Spica Prunellae,Rhizoma Polyphyllae,Herba Lobeliae Radicantis,Radix Rhei,Hirudo,Pericarpim Citri Reticulatae,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong)and aspirin,and the latter three groups were fed with same amount of physiological saline.20 days later,the ligation method was used on the internal carotid artery to cause a refilling model of the arterial ischemia in the rat brain,in order to compare blood TNF volume in the rats of various groups and observe the change of the cerebral morphology.The results showed that TNF was higher in Group C than in Group D,and TNF was lower in Group A and B than in Group C,and Group A was better than Group B.It was showed by the optical microscope and electric microscope that the morphology of the nerve cells were normal in Group D,and the nerve cells were injured remarkably in Group C,and the injury of the cells was mild in Group A and B than in Group C.The conclusion is that the mechanism in the protective function of the method to clear away heat and dissolve toxins in the refilling injury of the rat local cerebral ischemia may be related to reduction of blood TNF content.
