摘　　要：本文研究了MET—A玉米浸种剂在浸种过程中种子渗出物的变化情况,结果表明:浸种液的磷、钾、氨基酸、铵态氮含量的变化,可大致划分为急骤增加和缓慢变化(或渗出量下降)两个过程;浸种液的电导率随着浸种时间的后移也显著的提高;浸种液中外渗物的变化反映了MET—A对种子代谢具有较强的刺激作用,可提高种子活力。The paper researches change of oozing matter in soaking process with MET— A maize seed soaking agent. The result shows that change of P、 K、 amino acid and NH_4^+—N content in soaking solution may be divided into two phases. Content of oozing matter be increased sharply in the first phase and decreased slowly in the second one. The conductance rate be increased as the soaking time to the last. These change indicate that MET—A may promote seed metabolism and improve seed vigor.
