摘　　要：针对湖北电网 1 999年 7月 6日由于继电保护不正确动作造成 2 2 0 k V李家墩、江滩变电站和阳逻电厂 B厂全站停电的严重事故作了分析 ,对继电保护装置的动作行为作了详细分析 ,指出其不正确动作的原因 。In July 6th, 1999 Hubei Power, due to the relay malfunction, a severe outage accident occurred in 220kV Lijiadun, Jiangtan substation and Yangluo power plant B. This fault has been analyzed. Detailed analysis was given for the relay operation behavior. The reasons of its malfunction were pointed out, and the related improvement measures were put forward.
