摘  要:本试验选用的化学抑制物质(30%的青鲜素和60%的抑制性有机酸)在小麦T型不育系盛花后20、24和28天进行田间小区1000、2000和3000ppm的喷施处理。所有处理均明显降低了早萌的程度,其中以用药时间盛花后24天,浓度为1000ppm的处理效果最好,穗萌率由16.17下降至1.87%,千粒重也略有提高,而且收获后的种子贮藏6个月发芽力超过对照水平。进一步提高处理浓度或盛花后20天、28天的各种浓度处理,早萌抑制效率、贮藏后种子发芽力都不及盛花后24天1000ppm的处理。抑制物质处理对控制赤霉病率亦有一定效果。A mixture of 2 chemical growth inhibitors (30% of MH+60% of inhibitory organic acids) was used as a foliar spraying with three concentrations of 1000ppm, 2000ppm and 3000 ppm in 20, 24 and 28 days sfter full—flowering respectively, to check the possibility of controlling preharvest sprouting of T—male sterile lime 41A in field plots. The result of 1000ppm in 24 days after full—flowering was most significant, which showed reduced rate of sprouted seeds from 16.17% to 1.87 and increased 47.2g—49.1g of 1000—grain—weight and increased viability of harvesed seeds after 170 days storage from 53% to 70%. Higher application rate showed adverse effects on seed viability and no further improvments in decreasing sprouted seed. Earlier or delayed apllication time decreased efficiecy of controlling presprounting. Spraying of this mixture also showed beneficial effects in controlling the disease of headblight.
