摘　　要：简介了Φ88.9mm(3.5in)石油钻杆管端加厚工艺过程设计,试验的条件、工艺,模具设计、试验过程及检验,分析了试验结果,得出了工艺可行、试验成功的结论。A brief on the technology of end-upsetting of the Φ88.9mm(3.5in) oil drill pipe is presented in the paper, covering such aspects as process design, testing conditions, die design and testing/inspection processes. The analysis of the test result shows that the technological process is feasible, and the test is successful.
