摘　　要：在对波浪形椭圆焊管形状分析的基础上,采用数学工具软件Mathematica,精确计算其周长,并经数学推导,计算出各架次轧辊孔型尺寸,从而完成波浪形椭圆焊管轧辊孔型设计。结果表明:设计方法合理,孔型尺寸计算精确,使用效果良好。Based on analysis of shape of the corrugated oval welded pipe, the exact circumference of the pipe is calculated with the tool software named Methematica, and dimensions of roll groove of each individual stand are deduced mathematically, resulting in complete design of the roll grooves for the corrugated oval welded pipe. It has been proven that the groove design method is reasonable, the calculation is accurate and the design itself is effective.
