摘 要:研究了WC 钢复合材料 (GJH - 2 )在不同热处理状态下的高温磨损试验参数与高温磨损性能的关系。结果表明 ,WC 钢复合材料在 1 0 50℃淬火经 480℃和 640℃回火具有较佳的高温磨损抗力 ,其耐磨性 (ε)分别为 1 3 2和 1 2 4,与 3Cr2W8V钢相比较其相对耐磨性 (ε′)分别为 2 9和 2 2。试验还表明在重载、高温和高速磨损条件下 。Effect of the parameters in high\|temperature wear test on high\|temperature wear resistance of WC/steel composite material (GHJ\|2) in different condition of heat treatments were studied and analyzed. The results showed higher high\|temperature wear resistance of WC/steel composite material after quenching at 1050℃ and tempering at 480℃ and at 640℃. The high\|temperature wear resistance (ε) were 13 2 and 12 4, and the relative high\|temperature wear resistance (ε′) of WC/steel composite material were 2 9 and 2 2 times as that of 3Cr2W8V. And the results showed superior high\|temperature wear resistance of WC/steel composite material in the condition of working in heavy load, higher temperature and high speed wearing.
