摘　　要：分析了钢管外防腐生产线上原有端头小车不能满足生产要求的原因 ,提出了改造方案。改造后的端头小车不仅满足了生产要求 ,而且较原设备更节省空间、易于操作 ,适应范围更宽。It is analysed that the reason which originel end carriage on the pipe outside coating production line can not meet the requirement of production and raised improvement solution. The end carriage ofter changed not only meet the requirement of production but also save more space, operate more easer and suit more range than the original one.
