摘  要:红花木莲(Manglietia Insignis Wall Blune)系木兰科木莲属常绿乔木。主要分布在西藏东南部、云南南部、广西、贵州南部、湖南西部等海拔600~2000米山区属国家三级重点保护珍稀植物。红花木莲种子胚极小,胚乳发达,胚形态发育完善。种子具生理休眠特性,新采集的种子在黑暗中不能萌发或萌发率很低(12.0%),在光照条件下可提高到27.0%。缺乏内源促进物质可能是引起种子休眠的主要原因。采用1500ppm外源GA_s处理24小时或层积(低温或室温)80~120天,种子均可解除休眠在黑暗中充分萌发。变温和层积可以减弱种子萌发时对光的需要,但仍以光照条件下的效果好。适应的萌发温度为30℃日/15℃夜和30℃日/20℃夜。The Manglietic insignis seed has developed endosperm and a complete embryo, but the embryo is quite small and exists physiological dormancy. The fresh mature seeds can not germinate or only 12.0% in darkness. but could reach to 27.0% inlight. Lack of endogenous hormone might be the main reason of the seed dormancy. Treated with GA_3 at 1500ppm or stratification by 80-120 days, the seed dormancy could be broken and germinate very well in darkness. Alternating temperatures or stratification can decrease the light need of seed during germinating, but the optimum effect for germination occurs under the light while best temperature is 30℃ during the day and 15-20℃ during the night.
