摘 要:利用偏光显微镜研究了等温结晶时尼龙 6 9的球晶形态与生成条件 ,发现样品在原始熔点以下至2 0 0℃的温度结晶 ,主要生成正光性和负光性的放射状球晶 ;在 2 4 8℃熔融 ,2 10℃结晶可生成层状放射状球晶 ;在 2 12℃~ 177℃结晶 ,生成三种环状负球晶 ;在 174℃结晶 ,生成双四瓣环状负球晶。The morphology of spherulites in nylon 69 and its formation conditions in isothermal crystallization have been studied by a polarizing microscope. Nylon 69 polymer has been shown to crystallize in a number of spherulitic forms which are primarily dependent on the crystallization temperature. When the sample crystallized between 218 ℃ and 200 ℃, the positive and the negative nonringed spherulites can be obtained. The layer spherulites can be obtained as the sample melts and crystallizes at 248 ℃ and 210 ℃ respectively. Three kinds of negative ringed spherulites formed between 210 ℃ and 177 ℃. Double four sectional spherultites can also be obtained when crystallizing at 174 ℃.
