木粉聚醚的分子结构表征

摘  要:报道了用木粉、聚醚及多元醇在催化剂作用下合成新型聚氨酯原材料木粉聚醚 ,并利用凝胶液相色谱、气相色谱、燃烧热测定等手段证明了化学反应的发生。从反应理论出发推出了木粉聚醚的可能结构 ,并得到 IR、13 C- NMR的验证。结果表明 ,木粉聚醚是一种多羟基。A novel wood flour polyether as a raw material of polyurethane was synthesized from wood flour, polyether and polyalcohol in the presence of acid catalyst. The existence of reaction was proved by virtue of analyses of gel permeation chromatography and gas chromatography as well as measurement of heat output. In the meantime, the possible molecular structure of wood flour polyether was deduced theoretically at first, and it was demonstrated by the IR and 13 C NMR spectrograms. The result shows that wood flour polyether is a kind of high polymer with polyhydroxl, glucosidic bonds and ether links and its molecular structure is similar to that of polyether.
