摘　　要：从挤出温控范围、配方体系、混料工艺、设备性能、工艺制度等方面对PVC异型材挤出工艺进行了讨论,阐述了保证挤出工艺的措施和方法。试验证明,按马鞍型温控曲线生产可获得较好的产品质量;原材料、生产设备不同时均对温控曲线有影响。The extrusion technology of PVC profiles was discussed from the aspects of the temperature controlling range, the formulation system, the compounding technology, the equipment performance, the technological system, etc. The measures and methods to ensure the extrusion technology were expounded. The tests showed that the product with better quality could be manufactured according to the saddle curve of tempearture controlling, and both different raw materials and production equipments had the influence on the temperature controlling curve.
