药剂对两种草坪草病害病原菌的抑菌效果

摘　　要：采用生长速率法测定了 12种农药对草坪褐斑病病原菌 (Rhizoctoniasolani)室内的抑菌效果 ,并对 8种农药以抑菌圈法和孢子萌发抑制法对草坪草离蠕孢叶枯病病原菌 (Bipolarissorokiniana )进行室内抑菌效果测定 ,并对所得结果进行方差分析。结果表明 :供试 12种农药对R .solani菌落生长抑制效果不同 ,抑菌效果达到 10 0 %的为菌核净、代森锰锌、枯腐宁 ,抑菌效果在90 %以上的为杀毒矾、粉锈宁和克露 ,百菌清的抑菌效果在 80 %以上。从 8种农药对B .sorokiniana的抑菌圈直径来看 ,它们的抑菌效果均显著差异于无药处理的对照 ,效果最好的是施保功 ,其次为百菌清和甲基托布津、百可得。 8种药剂对B .sorokiniana分生孢子萌发有较好的抑制效果 ,均达 75 %以上 ,并在同一水平上表现效果显著。kinds of fungicides were used to test the inhibition effect on Rhizoctonia solani and 8 kinds of fungicides were used to test on Bipolaris sorokiniana, and the SPSS(Statistics Package for Social Science) was used to display the groups in homogeneous subsets, the result showed: the inhibition effect of the fungicides on the clone growing of R.solani is different, among these 12 kinds of fungicides, dimethachlor is the most effective one, mancozeb has the same effect, the inhibition effect is 100%; followed with sandofan,triadimefon and lymosanil, the inhibition effect is above 90%, and the inhibition effect of chlorotholanil is 85%.The inhibition effect of 8 kinds of fungicides on the mythelia of B.sorokiniana, is different from ck.Among these fungicides, sporgon is the best, followed with chlorotholanil, thlhiophanate-methyl and iminoctadine.The inhibition effect on the conia germinating of B.sorokiniana is above 75%.
