摘　　要：研究了硫酸介质中 ,铁 (Ⅲ )催化过氧化氢氧化溴甲酚绿而使其褪色的新指示反应 ,建立了一种催化动力学光度法测痕量铁 (Ⅲ )的新方法 ,其灵敏度达到 1.6 0× 10 -10 g/mL ,测定范围是 0～ 0 .4μgFe3 + /2 5mL。用于砂糖、人发中痕量铁 (Ⅲ )的测定 ,获得了满意的结果。The oxidation of bromocresol green by hydrogen peroxide in sulfuric acid medium using Fe(Ⅲ) as catalyst was introduced in this paper.A new method for the determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) had been set up,The sensitivity of method is 1.60×10 -10 g/mL,The range of determination of iron(Ⅲ) was 0～0.4 μg Fe 3+/25 mL.The method had been applied to the determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) in granulated sugar?hair with satisfactory results.
