摘  要:对中华绒螯蟹亲蟹的耗氧率、二氧化碳排出率及氨氮排泄率进行了测定 ,并研究了亲蟹的能耗率及能源物质的供能比。结果表明 ,体重为 (5 6 .99± 6 .4 2 )g亲蟹 ,在水温 (2 0± 0 .5 )℃时的耗氧率为 (0 .2 77± 0 .0 5 9)mg·g- 1·h- 1,CO2 排出率为 (0 .32 1± 0 .0 78)mg·g- 1·h- 1,氨氮排泄率为(2 .790± 0 .6 43) μg·g- 1·h- 1,能耗率为 (4.2 4± 0 .92 )J·g- 1·h- 1;亲蟹代谢中蛋白质、碳水化合物和脂肪提供的能量比为 7.4∶4 1.2∶5 1.4 ;其能耗率 (R0 )与体重 (W )呈负相关 ,其关系式为R0 =1.76 32W- 0 .54 0 7。The studies on the standard metabolism of the parent Eriocheir sinensis collected from Shanghai were conducted under their non-feeding and resting conditions during Oct. to Dec., 1998 and 1999. The experimental results showed that, the respiratory rate, CO 2 production rate and ammonia-N excretion rate of the parent crab weighing (56.99±6.42)g under temperature of (20±0.5)℃ were (0.277±0.059)mg·g -1 ·h -1 , (0.321±0.078)mg·g -1 ·h -1 and (2.790±0.643)μg·g -1 ·h -1 , respectively. The respiratory quotient, the ratio of oxygen to nitrogen and metabolic substrate ratio were used to describe substrate metabolism of the crab. Experimental results indicated that oxidation of lipid dominated energy metabolism while carbohydrate and protein were the second and third sources of the energy metabolism, and energy ratio of protein, carbohydrate and lipid in metabolic substrate of the crab was 7.4∶41.2∶51.4. The respiratory rate was negatively correlated with body weight of the crab, and the relationship could be expressed as R 0 =1.7632W -0.5407 .
