摘　　要：以系统观点为指导 ,以GIS技术和应用建模为手段 ,通过定性、定量与定位分析相结合的方法 ,基于空间性和非空间性两方面影响因素 ,对湖北省县域农业投资环境进行了评价和分区 .分析了政府农业投资决策需要考虑的重点因素 ,并对各分区的投资方向与投资重点作了简评 .Directed by the viewpoint of system, employed GIS techniques and practical modeling method, using qualitative, quantitative and located analysis, the paper evaluates and zones the counties' agricultural investment environment in Hubei province based on both spatial and non-spatial effect factors. It analyzes the key and important factors the governments should consider when making agricultural investment decision, and gives brief appraisal on the orientation and priority of investment.
