摘  要:铸件的凝固收缩形式不仅取决于材质种类 ,而且铸件结构也对其产生直接影响 ,甚至可以改变其收缩特性[1,7] .通过分析铜渣模产品工艺结构及工艺特征参数 ,为避免传统工艺方法中产生的工艺出品率低、废品率高 ,工艺参数在实际生产中难以控制及铸件清理劳动效率低等缺点、难点 ,改进造型及浇注过程中关键工艺参数 ,实现铜渣模无专设冒口铸造生产 .The manner of solidification shrinkage of the casts is not only dependent on the sort of the material of casts but also directly on the casts' configuration, and the latter may even alter the characteristics of shrinkage . After the processing, configuration, and processing characteristic parameters of the pattern for moulding of the copper slay casts being analyzed, the key processing parameters of the moulding and pouring processes of the pattern are improved in order to avoid a series of shortcomings and difficulties with the traditional processing methods, such as low end product rate, hing reject rate, bad controllability over the processing parameters in real production, and low labor efficiency of cast cleaning, so that the riser free casting production of the patterns for moulding of copper slay casts is realized.
