摘　　要：介绍了建立冲压模具CAD系统的关键技术 根据冲压模具零件的特点 ,将其按GT原理分类建库 ,并以后侧导柱上模板为例 ,说明了建库时应注意的问题 ;凹模外形设计是模具设计中的关键 ,用三角形方法对凹模外形进行了设计 ;针对模具装配图的消隐问题 ,提出了一种新的消隐方法———图形实体重构法 ;In the paper, several key technologies for setting up the CAD system of stamping die are introduced. According to the principle of group technology, the parts of stamping die are classified, and the problems noticed are explained during the foundation of graphics base. The outer shape design of die is the key work for mould design, so it is necessary to find out more reasonable method. In the paper, a triangle method using to design dies is presented. Aiming at the hiding problem in the assembly drawing of stamping die, a new hiding method-the reconstruction of graphics entities is given. In order to achieve the linkage between the part lists and the part down-leads expediently, the program is developed, and the flow chart is given.
