热装轴管中频感应加热设备的设计与研制

摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的车桥轴管热装配感应加热设备 分析了该设备中频电源电路的工作原理 ,提供了主要设计参数 ,运用CAD技术对主电路进行运算 ,绘出仿真图并对比实验结果验证了设计方案A new type of heating equipment used in assembling vehicle bridge axis has been introduced in this paper. The structure and working principle of the main and control circuit has been analyzed and the primary parameters are described. We use the CAD technique to analyze the main circuit,draw the simulation diagram and contrast it with the experiment results to verify the design. The scheme presents a useful reference to economical heat assembling technology.
