B超引导下肾囊肿穿刺抽吸及酒精硬化疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨超声引导下肾囊肿穿刺抽吸及硬化治疗的疗效。方法 根据肾囊肿大小、部位来选择超声引导穿刺角度对289例肾囊肿患者、317个囊肿作穿刺抽吸及无水酒精硬化治疗,以及对不同大小肾囊肿的治愈率进行分析。结果 本组能随访的211例患者、236个肾囊肿中,囊肿直径小于4.0cm的一次治愈率为100％(17/17),直径在4.1～6.0cm时一次治愈率为88.5％(112/121),直径在6.1～7.0cm时一次治愈率为81.6％(42/49),直径在7.1～8.0cm时一次治愈率为75.7％(26/33),直径大于8.0cm时一次治愈率为56.3％(9/16)。结论 超声引导下肾囊肿穿刺抽吸及硬化治疗方法简便、安全,一次治愈率80％,囊肿直径在4 0～6.0cm之间为最佳治疗期。Purpose To discuss the effect of the one puncture time therapy of ultrasound - guided renal cyst puncture for suction and sclerosis. Methods We selected the angle of puncture for suction and anhydrous alcohol sclerosis according to the size and site of the cyst for 317 renal cysts in 298 patients. We analyzed the curative ratio according to the size of the cyst. Results Two hundred and thirty six renal cysts in 211 patients accepted renal cyst puncture for suction and sclerosis were followed up and divided into groups according to the size of cyst. The curative ratio is 100% (17/17) in the group which the diameter of cyst is less than 4.0 centimeter. The curative ratio is 88.5% (112/121) in the group which the diameter of cyst is between 4.1 and 6.0 centimeter. The curative ratio is 81.6% (42/49) in the group which the diameter of cyst is between 6. 1 and 7.0 centimeter. The curative ratio is 75.7 % (26/33) in the group which the diameter of cyst is between 7.1 and 8.0. The curative ratio is 56.3% (9/16) in the group which the diameter of cyst is excess 8.0 centimeter. Conclusion The therapy of ultrasound - guided renal cyst puncture for suction and sclerosis is convenient, safe and cure by one time puncture . The total curative ratio is 80% . The diameter of cyst which is between 4.0 and 6.0 centimeter is the best treatment period.
